A current craze of fruit-flavored energy drinks has swept the nation, targeting high school and college-aged students and athletes who require a crisp beverage to push them the extra mile.
While many brands have embarked on this vulnerable target market, two brands specifically stand out as fan favorites, and the votes are evenly distributed.
Alani Nu and Celsius offer a wide variety of flavors and products, but Alani Nu stands out as the best brand.
Alani Nu became a constant in my life during my late high school years when my 6:45 a.m. journey to school became strenuous and lacking.
I started drinking them instead of a morning coffee, which proved to be delectable alongside my morning medications.
Alani stood out to me because it didn’t have an aftertaste.
I had tried Celsius, but its flavors did not quench my thirst the way an Alani Nu could decongest my inner tensions.
Notably, the more recent flavors Alani’s has released have been unbeatable.
Juicy Peach makes its seasonal debut during the warmer months and is by far the best poolside companion. It’s sweet, carbonated, and worth every penny.
More recently, the Dream Float flavor has been my go-to, with an orange, tangy taste that transports an Alani guzzler into a lawn chair, holding a push pop.
Although Alani Nu has risen to glory because of its energy drinks, the brand has also expanded into different categories of products like energy bars, energy sticks, gummies, supplements, protein powders, protein coffees and protein shakes.
Customers applauded this creative liberty, and the brand has multiple items in each category that are hot commodities that sell out quickly.
Many of Alani’s die-hard customers also appreciate the health benefits and lack of sugar that makes this brand diabetic-friendly and vegan-friendly — some drinks are even keto-friendly.
Alani sticks out as a brand because of its ever-evolving products and the all-natural ingredients it uses in every product.
Celsius, its biggest competitor, lacks a palatable selection of products and has an unfortunate and lingering residue that many find unappetizing.
Also, the brand has not ventured outside of the energy drink realm, making its brand narrow and unappealing.
When comparing the two, it’s crystal clear that Alani stands out as the better brand. With the number of diverse products it offers, a customer can never get bored.
