Pottery Sale
The Clay Club hosts its annual pottery sale today and tomorrow in the Student Center courtyard between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Rake-A-Thon
Kappa Sigma is offering to rake leaves from now until Dec. 6. The cost for an average-sized yard is $25 and proceeds will be donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the mid-South. Anyone interested may contact Matthew Hood at 454-3005 to make an appointment.
Book Scholarship
Applications for a $250 book scholarship are available in Harrin Hall room 200 or online at uca.edu/undergradstudies/taguca.php. Applicants must be first semester freshmen and a pell grant recipient. Applications are due Dec. 9. Call 501-450-3125 for more information.
A Viennese Christmas
The New Sigmund Romberg Orchestra and soloists perform Sunday at 2 p.m. in Reynolds Performance Hall.
Residential College Stoles
December graduates who lived in any residential colleges may pick up their residential college stoles upstairs in the Student Center from 8:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. Donations to the UCA Foundation Residential College Fund will be accepted.
Madrigale Feaste
The UCA Chamber Singers present the annual “Ye Olde Madrigale Feaste” Thursday and Friday at 7 p.m. at the Centennial Valley Country Club. Seating will be at 6:30 p.m. Call 501-450-3265 to reserve tickets.
Study Day Hours
The Christian Cafeteria will be open for brunch from 10:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. and for dinner from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Friday.
Dorm Closing
Campus housing will close dorms for winter break on Dec. 11. Dorms will reopen on Jan. 10. Apartments will stay open through the break.
Spring Classes
The spring semester begins on Jan. 14.
Final Schedule
Finals for the fall semester begin Monday, Dec. 7 and end on Friday, Dec. 11.
