A recent survey shows that the UCA staff has mixed faith and doubt in the new administration under President Allen Meadors.
The survey, conducted by the UCA Staff Senate, polled 240 UCA staff members. They were asked to give the university administration a letter grade as well as make any comments or concerns about the direction the administration is taking. The average grade given was a “C” with many comments showing a vocal skepticism of the administration’s priorities.

The most common concern was money being spent on ‘campus beautification” and not on staff raises. “…the current administration doesn’t give a flip about us ‘little people’,” as one anonymous comment stated. However the survey also notes that the administration had only been in control for three months before the survey was given, and opinions may change before the next survey, this spring. The full survey results can be read here.
