Harper Phillips is a sophomore from Russellville, Arkansas, double-majoring in journalism and PR with a minor in psychology. She is the lifestyle editor of the Echo and highlights community events within central Arkansas. Harper loves being in nature, her dog Daisy, and she’s passionate about writing for human rights.
